I have been trained by one of Wales's top training body "Fitness Wales" in the following aspects of the fitness industry:- LVL 2 Gym Instructor. LVL 3 Advanced instructor and Programme Design. LVL 3 Nutrition And Weight Managment. LVL 3 Client Lifestyle and Fitness Assessment. LVL 3 Training in different environments. As well as Group Cycling (Spin) and knowledge of circuit training. I am also Fully insured for accidents and injuries and hold a valid First Aid Certificate with Saint Johns Ambulance.
