Week 6

Hello and welcome to week 6 of Sara’s weight loss  Diary, over the last 6 weeks you have been following the progress of my client Sara who has kindly agreed to share her progress with you.  Sara has now competed in her karate contest and gained a Bronze medal and is now looking to continue her weight loss in preparation for another contest in October.  We have been training 3 sessions per week for the last 6 weeks and are continuing to track Sara’s progress every Monday.


Last week Sara Lost 5lb! That’s a total of 22lb!

 

Great work

last week Sara.  After a hard weeks training last week you managed to lose 5lb bringing your total to 22lb in 6 weeks.  Your fitness levels are continuing to improve greatly each week and you are maintaining higher levels of effort during our sessions. Your training is improving each week as your endurance  increases.

Well done Sara.
