Hello and welcome to Sara’s weight loss Diary, over the following weeks you will be able to follow the progress of my client Sara who has kindly agreed to share her progress with you. Sara would like to lose weight for a Karate contest in July. We began last week with 3 sessions per week and are monitoring Sara’s progress by weighing each Monday. So keep your eyes open for weekly updates.
Last week Sara Lost 6lb!
Well done Sara after a week of working really ha rd you managed to loose 6lb. This more than met our weekly target and shows that with a bit of help and a lot of hard work and determination you don't need to be stuck when you hit a plateau.
