Week 2

Hello and welcome to week 2 of Sara’s weight loss Diary, over the following weeks you will be able to follow the progress of my client Sara who has kindly agreed to share her progress with you.  Sara would like to lose weight for a Karate contest in July.  We began last week with 3 sessions per week and are monitoring Sara’s progress by weighing on Monday’s.  


Last week Sara Lost 3lb! That’s a total of 9lb!



 

Well done again Sara after another week putting in a lot of really hard work you managed to loose 3lb.  This met our weekly target and again shows that with hard work and commitment you can achieve your goals.  You are now starting to feel a lot fitter and your work rate each week is increasing.

Well done Sara.

Monday - Cardio (PT)

Tuesday - Karate

Wednesday - Resistance (PT)

Thursday - Karate

Friday - Cardio (PT)

Sunday - Walking
