Week 3

Hello and welcome to week 3 of Sara’s weight loss Diary, over the following weeks you will be able to follow the progress of my client Sara who has kindly agreed to share her progress with you.  Sara would like to lose weight for a Karate contest in July.  We began 3 weeks ago with 3 sessions per week and are monitoring Sara’s progress by weighing on Monday’s. 


Last week Sara Lost 3lb! That’s a total of 12lb!

After another week of effort and determination last week you

managed to lose another 3 lb which  is  a great reward for all your hard work. You met our weekly target and again shows that with hard work and commitment you can achieve your goals.  Your fitness levels continue to increase weekly.


Well done Sara.
