Week 4

Hello and welcome to week 4 of Sara’s weight loss Diary, over the last  month you have been following the progress of my client Sara who has kindly agreed to share her progress with you.  Sara would like to lose weight for a Karate contest in July.  We have been training 3 sessions per week for the last month and are continuing to monitor Sara’s progress every Monday.


Last week Sara Lost 4lb! That’s a total of
16lb!

Well done Sara after a month of hard work you have managed to hit the weight-loss milestone of losing a stone.  Your fitness levels are  continuing to improve greatly each week and you are maintaining higher   levels of effort during our sessions.

Well done Sara.
